"Uncle Peck" was the son of Elisha Jasper Perry & Mattie Moore, they had 2 children, Uncle Peck & a daughter Hannah Perry who married Robert McMillan. After Mattie died, grandpa married Willard S. Oldham.

James J. Perry of Rt 1 Brownsboro Al died Wednesday at Huntsville Hospital.
The funeral will be at 9 am Friday at the chapel of Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville, with the Rev. G. N. Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Railway Cemetery north of Florence.
Survivors include 2 half sister Mrs. Robert Carpenter of Brownsboro & Mrs Henry Burroughs of Huntsville and a number of nieces and nephews.
