OBITUARY -- Stevens Point (Wis.) Daily Journal: "Cora Cecil Nigh, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.H. Nigh, was born in the town of Plainfield November 27, 1887, and died at St. Michael's hospital at Stevens Point, May 26, 1924.
She was married to Alfred Rozell on September 18, 1906. To this union was born seven children; Mrs. Ruth Peterson of Bancroft, Oscar, Ruby, Floyd, Amos, Julia and Cora Mae are at home.
Besides her loving husband and children she leaves to mourn her --- a father, mother, four brothers and three sisters; Harry of ______, Mrs. Nora Gardner of Rhinelander, Mrs. Dollie Rice of Bancroft, Mrs. Vila Richtmayer of Burlington (?), Clarence, George and Lewis of Plainfield besides many other relatives and friends who will miss one who was always ready, willing to help in time of need.
Funeral services were held at the town hall Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Sachtjen speaking comforting words to the sorrowing ones. The body was laid to its last rest in the Plainfield Cemetery."
NOTE: There was an eighth child born/died on the May 26, 1924; Sharon Rozell.
