GAINESVILLE - Services for Ode (Oda) B. Beasley, 74, Gainesville, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Clinkingbeard Chapel here with the Rev. Marlin McGinnis officiating. Burial will be in Sims Cemetery near here.
Mr. Beasley died at 1:40 p.m. Friday in Cox Medical Center, Springfield, after being a patient there for five days.
He was a retired farmer.
Surviving are four sons, Elmer, of West Plains, James, of Gainesville, Tania, of 1206 South Lone Pine, Springfield, and Orlin of Clever; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Crowley, Liberty, and Mrs. Sharlet Hedrick, Liberal, Kan.; a sister, Mrs. Rosa Kastening, Pawhuska, Okla.; 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
