DWORZACK, Neil Eric Much loved only son of Russell and Diane Dworzack of Palmdale, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2009, from complications of pneumonia after surviving a profound accident at age three and defying all odds as he lived for 29 more years. Neil was born in Burbank, Calif., on March 27, 1976. He is survived by his parents, three sisters Jenna Karr, Katie Ayala (husband Robert), and Rebecca Hahn (husband Jon), nieces Avianna, Victoria, Aubrie, and Olivia, nephews Jonathon, Jacob, Justice, and Aaron, grandparents Clark and Nancy Bachman, uncle Donald Livingston, and lots of loving, extended family members. With much love and gratitude, we would like to thank Neil's "other family, " Mindy Capuano (and family), Vicky Paschal, Hannalore Perryman, and Julie Woodley for the love, kindness and care they gave to Neil and all that they added to his life. The family would also like to thank AV Nissan and David Dow (and family) for all of their love and support over the years. To the LA County Fire Dept. (Station 24), the Operating Room, Urgent Care, Nursing Department and Therapy Staffs of the High Desert Health System, Dr. Sandra McMullen, and Dr. Edward Wong, thank you for the love and excellent medical care you provided over the years. Additionally, our deepest appreciation to Dr. Dodanna Krishna and his office staff for their compassionate care. To the Intensive Care Unit Staff at Antelope Valley Hospital, you are all amazing and we thank you for the excellent care you provided during this difficult time. You are a very special group of people and we appreciate all that you did for Neil in his final days. Our sadness is lessened only by the knowledge that our Neil is in a better place now standing tall, seeing, talking, and running through fields.
We will miss you baby boy.
You are so loved.
