Mrs. Fannie Beatrice East, age 93, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2008.
She was born January 13, 1915 in Polk County, the daughter of the late Mr. Walter Temus Miller and Mrs. Pluma Collins Miller.
Mrs. East is preceded in death by husband, Richard East; sons, Howard Lewis East and Richard Wilburn East; father, Walter Temus Miller; mother, Pluma Collins Miller; sisters, Ester Miller, Pauline Packer, Daisey Packer, Irene Strickland; brothers, Grover Miller, Seals Miller, Norris Miller and Accie Miller and 4 Grandchildren.
Mrs. East is survived by daughters & Sons-in-law, Joan Farmer (Jerry), Janis Beck (Fred), Diane Cole (Richard);Sons & Daughters-in-law, Joe David East (Mary), Curtis East (Sandi); Sister, Katie M. Strickland; Brother, Allen Miller; A number of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, nieces & nephews survive.
The funeral service for will be conducted on Tuesday, December 23,2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Pyle and Rev. James Rogers officiating. The interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers are Chase Walker, Warren Walker, Scott Baldwin, Todd Baldwin, Brad East, Brandon East, Zack Beck, Kenny East and James Blankenship. Honorary Pallbearers are Greg Beck, Clint East, and Bubba Baldwin.
