Mrs. Nancy Lower
COLUMBIANA, Nov. 20—Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy Lower, 91, an aunt of the late Harvey Firestone, Sr., were scheduled for 2 p. m. today at the family home, 142 N. Elm st, Columbiana, with Rev. Waldo Bartels officiating.
Mrs. Lower died of complications at 9:40 a. m. Saturday following a 10-day illness.
Born Feb. 18. 1859, in Fairfield Township, she was the daughter of Nancy Stouffer and Samuel Flickinger. She was married May 13, 1879 to Jonathan Lower, who preceded her in death in 1935. Two daughters also preceded her in death.
A resident of Columbiana for 33 years, Mrs. Lower was a member of Grace Reformed church.
Survivors include a son, Ralph F. Lower of R. D. 1. Columbiana; three grandchildren. Robert and John Zimmerman of Akron and Frederick Lower of Lebanon, Calif., and four great-grandchildren.
