Merrill E. Brown passed away at Heritage Oaks Retirement Village Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at the age of 80, following a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. today at Pattison Cemetery, with Brother Bill Honea officiating.
Mr. Brown was born Nov. 26, 1923, in Emhouse was a graduate of Emhouse High School. He was a lifelong resident of the Corsicana area. During World War II he served in the Navy. He was retired from the Hickory House restaurant.
Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Gerald W. and Joann Brown of Ennis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Lake/Vital Signs, 625 N. Main St., Corsicana, TX 75110.
