JAMES A. HALLIWILL
James, a son of James M. and Mary Ann (Lindsley) Halliwill, was born in LeRoy (renamed Westfield Center), Ohio. He married Hannah Elenor Sickman. The couple were blessed by the births of five children, namely--Ernest C., Verna Loretta, Laura Adelle, Mary "Lena", and Eber Wesley.

Lena M. daughter, age 12, at school, born Jan 1888 in Ohio, her father in Iowa, mother in Ohio. E. Wesley, son, age 8, student, born May 1892 in Ohio, his father in Iowa, mother in Ohio.

James was a resident of Seville in 1901 as depicted in the next of kin report in the estate of his father, James M. Halliwell, Sr. This said document was filed in Medina County, Ohio on 24 Jan 1901.

The death of James A. Halliwill was twice recorded in the Medina County Probate Court records. He was laid to rest near his wife and two of their children.
