Robert is survived by his wife, Laura, daughters, JoAnne Caruso (Tony) and Pat Killen (Chuck), 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Bob was a WWII Army Veteran and a 62 year valley resident. He spent many years in the plumbing industry with JH Welsh & Son and Evergreen Hardware. A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Monday, January 19, 2009 (Rosary at 7 PM) at Hansen's Chapel 8314 N. 7th St. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church 8620 N. 7th St. Burial will be at the National Veteran's Memorial Cemetery of Arizona following Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley, 2000 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85015 or Sisters of Notre Dame Sr. Dorothy Stang Brazil Fund, 701 Columbia Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45215.
