David Bernard Bouler, 84, a native of Sweet Water died in Pensacola, Fla. on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006. Graveside services were held Saturday, Feb. 11 at 1 p.m. at Aimwell Baptist Church Cemetery near Sweet Water with Rev. Douglas Turner officiating.

Mr. Bouler was a World War II Veteran and retired from the Naval Air Station in Pensacola.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Ruth M. Bouler of Pensacola; three sons, David Bernard Bouler, Jr. and Jo Bouler, both of Durham, N.C. and Mark Bouler of Portland, Ore.; three daughters, Pamela F. (Edward) Jernigan, Cynthia F. Pohlmann and Sharon F. (Clinton) Green, all of Pensacola; four grandsons, John A. "Jay" Pohlmann, Clinton A "Cory" Green, IV, M. Blake Hammond and Andrew J. Green; and three great-grandchildren, Madeline Pohlmann-Hughes, Dylan G. Green and Brandy Bouler; a brother, Donald (Georgia) Bouler of Fairhope; and one sister, Florence Cannon of Mobile.

Active pallbearers were Clinton A. Green, IV, M. Blake Hammond, Andrew J. Green, Ron White, Allen Etheridge and Joey Pohlmann.

Funeral arrangements were directed by O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville.
