BAXTER--At his home one and one-half mile east of Berthoud, Sunday evening, Aug 2, 1908, of cancer, David J. Baxter, aged 61 years.
Mr. Baxter left a wife and two children, both of the latter married. The remains were interred at the Berthoud cemetery.
