Mrs. Taylor was born in Argenta, daughter of Henry Elliott and Emma M. (Augustus) Dickey. She was a member of Argenta Presbyterian Church, and affiliated with Grace United Methodist Church. She married George F. Taylor in 1905. He preceded her in death in 1962.
Surviving are her sons, George E. Taylor of Phoenix, AZ.; John J. Taylor of Miami, FL.; daughters, Edna Hambrecht and Mrs. Wesley (Mary) Mendenhall, both of Decatur; brother, Howard Dickey of Argenta; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
One son, one daughter, and one sister preceded her in death.
