Oscar Harold Heiner of Elm Avenue in San Bernardino, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, had lived in San Bernardino for 36 years, died Thursday in San Bernardino at the age of 65. He was a retired wholesale meat purveyor and was a member of the San Bernardino Elks Lodge No. 536. He was survived by his wife, Roene, a daughter, Glenda English of Vermont, five sisters, Evalou Vaughn of Hollywood, Freida W. Wilkins, Erna Jordan and Helen Darnald, all of Oklahoma City and Billy Harris of Portsmouth, Ohio and six grandchildren. Services are set for 3 p.m. on Monday at the Bobbitt Memorial Chapel with burial in Montecito Memorial Park.
