Isaac J. ''Buddy'' Carver Jr., 50, 2051 Pioneer Trail, New Smyrna Beach, died Wednesday. Born in Sanford, he moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1950.

An Army veteran and a master electrician, he was a project superintendent for Tri-City Electric. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Smyrna Beach.

Survivors: wife, Mary E.; son, Isaac J. III., Fort Lauderdale; daughter, Mrs. Frank Griffin, Davie; stepson, Charles Thomas Green Jr., New Smyrna Beach; mother, Mrs. Isaac J. Carver Sr.; sisters, Thelma Tyler, Port Orange, Mary Ruth Tilley, New Smyrna Beach.
