M. Oliver (Boots) Morrison
Miller Oliver Morrison, age 86, passed away on April 17, 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah of pneumonia.
Born on April 23, 1912 to John A. and Anna Miller Morrison, in Preston, Idaho. Married Clara Deane Hawkes on June 1, 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She preceded him in death on April 9, 1991. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and traveling. He loved anything mechanical but primarily repairing and restoring cars.
Survived by four sons, of Salt Lake City, UT, Boaz, AL, Smyrna, Ga and Centerville, UT; daughter of South Jordan, UT, 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John and Calvin Morrison and two sisters, Anna Spencer and Radia Bell. Preceded in death by two brothers, Preston and Rola Morrison and two sisters, Zoe Merrill and Luey Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 1999 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive where family and friends may call on Tuesday evening from 7-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment in the Franklin City Cemetery, Franklin, Idaho at 2 p.m.
