Julia Faye Leeth, 48, of No Name Road, Piketon, died 1:45 p.m. Friday at the Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus.

She was a former employee of Hoover Universal Corporation, Greenfield, Ohio. She was a member of the Riverdale Church of Christ in Christian Union, a Sunday school teacher, and a past church extension president. She was a veteran of the Vietnam era, having served in the U.S. Air Force.

Born August 10, 1946 in Kingston, Ohio, she was the daughter of Robert Thurman Martin and Rachel Ethel Roberts, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one brother, James Edward Martin.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Edward Leeth, whom she married July 15, 1978; one son, Eric Jason Leeth at home; one daughter, Jackie Renee Leeth of Circleville; three step-daughters, Kimberly Renee Sanson of Lucasville, Mrs. Mark (Robin) Mowery of Waverly, and Sherry Stulley of Portsmouth; five granddaughters; three brothers; four sisters.

Funeral services were to be held 11 a.m. today (Tuesday) at the Riverdale Church of Christ in Christian Union with the reverend Donald Tackett and the Rev. Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial was to follow in Bainbridge Cemetery where military graveside services were to be conducted by American Legion Post 43, Bainbridge. Arrangements were under the directions of the Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly.
