Biography
Wilda Gene Goff Billey, 81, of Eastlake, OH, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

Wilda was born July 24, 1927 at Burnt House, WV, the daughter of the late E. Trevy and Loretta Black Goff.

She graduated from Harrisville High School in 1945. She married James C. Billey in 1949 and they enjoyed 55 years together. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister who loved spending time with her family. She retired in 1987 from General Electric in Cleveland, OH in quality control. She was always busy and enjoyed crafting, quilting, reading, gardening, and most of all her family. She was a lifelong member of Burnt House Community Church.

She is survived by her children, Diana and Gary Facemyer of Painesville Township, OH, Dwight and Chris Billey of Willoughby, OH and Dean and Eileen Billey of Eastlake, OH, Darla and Terry Quinn of Grandville, MI; sisters, Wilma Riddle of Harrisville, Wanda Keller, Winifred Eddy both of Parkersburg; brother, Leon Goff of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Kim and Kris Facemyer, Gwen, Krystle and Jessica Billey, and Mallary and Mackenzie Quinn; great grandchildren, Brandon Elliott, Jesse Pyles, Eric, Ryan and Jeremy Facemyer. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as she touched so many lives.

In addition to her parents, Wilda was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Billey; sister Wauneta Keller and great-grandson Sean Elliott.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009 at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville, WV, with Rev. Steven Lightner officiating. Burial will follow in the Burnt House Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Sat. from 11:30-2 PM.
