IRA E. SYLVARA
Ira E. Sylvara, 83, Wichita resident 35 years, died Wednesday in a local nursing home.
Services will be at 11 a. m. Saturday at Quiring Mortuary. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Born in Greeley, Neb., he came to Wichita from Sheridan, Iowa. He was a retired landscape gardener.
Survivors include four sons, Earl, Colorado Springs, Colo., Edwin, Bricelyn, Minn., Ronald, Lucas, Iowa, and Lloyd, Knoxville, Iowa; a daughter, Mrs. Walter Goben, Creston, Iowa; a brother, Roy, and a sister, Miss Golda Sylvara, both of Sheridan.
