Adams rites set Thursday
David Gregory Adams, 30, of 1515 Parkview, Monroe, died at his residence Tuesday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday In the chapel of Mulheam Funeral Home of Monroe with the Rev. John Winn officiating Burial will be In Memorial Park Cemetery.
A veteran of the Viet Nam War, Mr Adams was a native of Birmingham. Ala. He was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Cleta Walters Adams of Monroe; two daughters, Miss Ashley Susan Adams and Miss Misty Leigh Adams of Monroe, and his mother, Mrs. Mary Lee Adams of Monroe.
Pallbearers will be Chris Strlckler, George Tarver, Kenneth Self, Dale Sims, Reece Wallers, and Neal Zeagler.
