Mrs. Mary Alma East Rites Set Tomorrow At Vidor Church
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Alma East, 59, of Vidor, who died yesterday morning in Hotel Dieu Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. tommorrow in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints near Vidor with Bishop Delmer Portie officiating. Burial will be in Williamson Cemetry at Vidor and Pall bearers will be Quincy Stephenson, Merlin Stehenson, Raymond, John Bobby and Douglas Baker. Carroll-Wallace Funeral Home is in Charge.

Mrs. East, a native of Orange County, had lived in Port Arthur 29 years before moving to Vidor.

Surviving are her husband, P.L. East; a daughter, Mrs Hazel Cappen Vidor; three sisters, Mrs. B.V. Stephenson of Vidor, Mrs Bernice Redding of Pasadena, Texas, and Mrs. Millie Farimond of St. Anthony, Idaho; two brothers, Asa Baker of Beaumont and Price Baker of Corpus Christi; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Beaumont Enterprise; Beaumont, Texas; October 20, 1957."
