COLCORD, Okla. -- Gary Don Foreman, 51, of Colcord died Jan. 28, 2009, at home. He was born April 4, 1957 to Norman and Anna Mouse Foreman.

He was a truck driver and a member of Cloud's Creek Church. ON Jan. 3, 2000, he married Debby Candelaria in Grants, N.M.

He is survived by his wife of the home, a son, Donny Foreman and wife Tracy of Siloam Springs; two daughters, Stephanie Tello and husband Walter and Amber Foreman, all of Siloam Springs; a stepson, Richie Courteau of Colcord; three stepdaughters, Chrisy Candelaria of San Rafael, N.M., Rosana Carothers and husband Bill of Mercer, Pa., andKrystal Courteau of Mercer; 12 grandchildren, his mother and father, three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Colcord Community Building with Jessie Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Dry Creek Cemetery near Kenwood, Okla.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
