TWO PIONEERS OF BURNET.
Sudden Death at Nearly Same hour of Two Old Residents.
Special Telegram to The Express MARBLE FALLS, Tex.,
Nov. 27. – By a remarkable coincidence two Texas pioneers dropped dead in Burnet County today at about the same hour, Jeff Brazeale of Burnet and Elder J. W. lackey of Marble Falls. Jeff Brazeale was 77 years of age, an Indian fighter and one of the oldest residents of Burnet County. Elder Lackey was 67 years of age. He was a resident for many years of Blanco County. He was at the time of his death a preacher in the non-progressive branch of the Christian Church.
Both were in apparent good health, and each died of heart failure.
