Baptist Minister Dies In Magee
MAGEE — Rev. T. Webster Bishop, 90, retired Baptist minister, died at his residence Sunday morning after a long illness.

Mr. Bishop was the founder of the Goshen Baptist Church near Magee and was a member of an old family in Simpson county. He had served numbers of churches in South Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Goshen Baptist Church. Interment will he in Magee cemetery. The body will be at the Mims-Mitchell Funeral Home until the service hour.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mary Jane Bishop, Magee; four sons, T. Melvin and George Bishop of Magee, Grover Bishop of Jackson, Jimmy Bishop of Decatur, Ala.; three daughters, Mrs. Lola Canoy, Magee, Mrs. Oree Fortenberry, Kenner, La., Mrs. Lucille Tollels [Towles], New Orleans: twenty-eight grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren.
