Edward Miller
Edward W. Miller, 86, of Farmdale Rd., RR 6, East Peoria, died at 4 a.m. yesterday at St. Francis Hospital where he was admitted half an hour earlier.
He was found lying on the floor at his residence after his wife had called for help. Death was from natural causes, according to Coroner Horace Payton.
Born in Moultrie County, Ill., Nov. 21, 1884, the son of James and America E. Evans Miller, he was married to Myrtle M. Peck at Lovington July 4, 1905.
Surviving are his widow; two sons, Chester W. of Normal and Robert W. Miller of Sycamore; five granchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow in Keller Cemetery, Lovington, with LeRoy Schmidt Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.
There will be no visitation.
