Allen was born August 12, 1956 in Grand Forks, ND to L. Darrell and Jacqueline (Spicer) Anderson. He attended Grand Forks Public School and graduated from Central High School in 1974. Allen worked at JR Simplot for 34 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and his animals.

Cindy (Bill) Sukalski – Mekinock, ND
