Gary J. Bogenschutz, age 54, of Sheboygan, passed away Thursday February 5, 2009 at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.
He was born in Sheboygan on January 26, 1955, a son of Richard and Mildred (Bushman) Bogenschutz.
On June 16, 1978, Gary was united in marriage to Lynn Aschenbach at St. Wendel's Catholic Church in Cleveland.
Surviving Gary is his loving wife, Lynn; two sons, Cory (Special friend Sarah Souders) of Milwaukee and Matthew (Danielle) of Green Bay; his Mother, Mildred Bogenschutz of Manitowoc; two brothers, Leonard (Barb) Bogenschutz of Howards Grove and Rick (Judi) Bogenschutz of Cleveland; a sister, Barbara Spaulding of Manitowoc; five brothers-in-law, Larry (Harriet) Aschenbach of Michigan, Lester (Pam), Richard (Deb) and Rick (Becci) Aschenbach, all of Sheboygan, Jack (Deb) Aschenbach of Florida; five sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Jeff) Zimmermann of Howards Grove, Joanne (Gary) Miesfeld, Karen DeVriend, Lorrie (Keith) Borth and Jill (Dave) Seefeldt. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Richard, his father-in-law, Lester Aschenbach and brother-in-law, Jim DeVriend.
Cremation will follow the service at Westview with placement of Gary's urn at the Garden of Peace Mausoleum, Greenlawn Memorial Park.
