He was born Oct. 1, 1929, in Morgantown, W.Va. Mr. Blosser was retired as a laborer for Windham Township. He was an avid fisherman and loved working in the garden and going down to the local gas station to visit with friends.
Mr. Blosser is survived by his loving wife, Barbara (Bosley); son, Paul Bosley; daughters, Brenda Blevins and Elizabeth Gilley; brother, Arlin; sisters, Viola Cartwright, Evelyn White and Ruth Burns; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Amandus and Luona (Nicholson) Blosser; seven brothers; and daughters, Leona and Julie Ann.
Service: 1 p.m. Friday at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Garrettsville.
Burial: Windham Township Cemetery.
