Born in Guysborough County, she was a daughter of Mrs. Harriett Johnson and the late Charlie Johnson.
She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Eskasoni.
She is survived by two daughters, Theresa Mary Johnson and Margaret, both of Halifax; a sister Marcella Johnson, Eskasoni; two brothers, Richard, Eskasoni; John Joseph, Sydney River.
The body will be in the home of her mother, Beech Road, Castle Bay Saturday afternoon. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Holy Family Parish, Eskasoni. Rev Angus Morris officiating with burial in parish cemetery.
