Born in St.Paul Minnesota, on Thanksgiving Day, 1959. Loved greatly by his Mom and 3 sisters.
He joined the U.S Navy fresh out of High School. Keith loved life, art, music, and laughter.
He was a real practical joker, and always seemed to get into mischief. He'd play tricks on us, and always had us in stitches. He was always up for a game of hide n' seek in the dark.
One time, he was playing a George Carlin record. Mom was at work, so he had the sound turned way up. Mom just happened to get home about the time the record got to the "7 words you never hear on tv" part. Oh man!...Did he ever run to the stereo to turn it down. Too late, Mom heard it. She took the record away from him. The next day, Keith bought a new one. He swore us all to secrecy. A secret we kept, and never told Mom.
He used to paint murals on his bedroom walls. He'd use black light paint in the murals, so that when a black light was on, a different mural would show up. He was always so inventive.

He always had a ready smile, and couldn't hold back his laughter. He was well liked by everyone he met (especially the girls). He never tolerated bullies, and always played the roll of protector for us 3 girls, as well as looking out for the shy kids at achool.

On his way back to base in Connecticut, he was tragically killed in an auto accident, by a drunk driver.

He was preceded in death by his father, Reuben H. Kramer
Both father and son are buried at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Both in Section E.

Sadly, Mom died February 15, 2006 and could never bring herself to visit the grave of her only son. We took a photo of Mom to Keith's grave so that we could all be 'together' at least one more time.
