He was 59 years old. Born Nov. 22, 1889 at Tucson, he lived all his life in Arizona, and in Globe for six years. At the time of his death, he was employed as a machinist for the Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company. He and his wife went out riding on the San Carlos road, and on their return trip, while near Cutter, he got out of the car to pick up some wood, and was stricken with a sudden heart attack, and died. He was survived by his wife, Nellie; five sons, Frank, Arthur, Charles, Gilbert and Arnold Jr.; his father, Frank P. Valencia of tucson; and five brothers and five sisters.
