Brett (Dink) Adkins passed away Sunday, September 28, 2008. He was born on October 17, 1960 in Rockledge, Florida and was a Cocoa High School graduate. Brett worked as a cook at Catfish Inn for 15 years and as a tire tech at Big Franks Tire for the last 15 years. He had a great passion for NASCAR, fishing, shrimping, playing poker, and Barbecuing with family and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Lloyd Adkins. Brett is survived by his mother, Bonnie Adkins; brother, Shane Adkins; sister, Heather Adkins; two sons, Gary and Shannon; one beautiful daughter, Maeghan; and two grandchildren, Connor and Brannon.
