Caroline Bourie is the daughter of John Bourie and Ana Malock, and sister of David Proctor Bourie and others buried in Oak Park Cemetery, Noble Co., IN. Caroline is said the the article "Five Generations In This Remarkable Family," ('The Fort Wayne Daily News,' 20 Mar. 1912, p. 4. See 'We Remember' page for article.) to have lived her whole life in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Both her Bourie and her Ferry ancestors were Pioneer Families of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and one of her obituaries mentions that she was brought there by her parents as a baby.
