Veda Belle Endsley Berryman, formerly of Grover Hill, died at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at The Meadows of Kalida.

She was born May 12, 1914, in Latty Township, Paulding County, the daughter of the late Sherman and Rosa (Wilson) Endsley. On September 2, 1940, she married John Merlin Berryman, who preceded her in death on September 28, 1994.

Survivors include a son, Dennis J. (Alice) Berryman of rural Grover Hill; a daughter; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Jane Ann Berryman; four brothers; three sisters; and a grandchild, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 14, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Bill Barnett of Mount Pleasant Church officiating. Burial will be in Middle Creek Cemetery near Grover Hill.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
