1926-2005

Earl L. "Mickey" Jernigan, age 78, of Pensacola died Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at his home. Mr. Jernigan was born on March 20, 1926 in Wiggins, MS. to Lang and Frances Jernigan. Mr. Jernigan was a retired truck driver for Shear Concrete Company. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Jernigan is survived by his brother, Dewitt Jernigan, three sisters; Bernice Fagan, Rubynett Johnson, and Lona Adams and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Services for Mr. Jernigan will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 4, 2005 at Faith Chapel North-Cantonment.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 7, 2005 at Barrancas National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 3, 2005 between 6-8 p.m.

FAITH CHAPEL NORTH, 1000 Highway 29 South, Cantonment has been entrusted with the arrangements.
