Ethel (1913-1994) is the daughter of David Steele and Ada Garner Steele. Her siblings are: Emma, Velma, John A. and Ervin Edmond(Buddy) Steele. Ethel married "Tom" Ivan P. Lackey in 1932. They were blessed with ten children: Barbara, George "Buddy", Mary, John, Ivan, William, Ethel, Carolyn, Sandra & Tommy.
