Willie J. Womack died Sunday, April 12, in Yoakum County Hospital in Denver City, Texas, after a short illness.

He had been a resident of that city for a number of years and was a retired barber. He was a native of Gaars Mill community and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Womack.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the First Baptist Church with the Rev.[illegible] Denver City Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dell Sullivan Womack; two brothers, Lonnie and Harley Womack of Dodson; three sisters, Mrs. Marshall Parker, West Monroe, Mrs. R. W. Gates, Dodson, and Miss Lessie Womack, Winnfield.

Those attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Harley Womack, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Parker.
