Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Lena B. Tinsley; a daughter, Kaye
Daugherty ; two sons, Gary Tinsley and John Tinsley ; eight grandchildren;
16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Zella Gilbert and Naomi Ruth Franzman ;
and many nieces and nephews.
Services were Tuesday at Clayton Harris Memorial United Methodist Church in
Tobinsport with Rev. Paul Alvey officiating. Burial was in Simon Cemetery,
Tobinsport. Memorial contributions may be made to Clayton Harris Memorial
United Church or the Tobinsport Cemetery Association. Huber Funeral Home was
in charge of arrangements.
