Mrs. Patricia Gunter Adams long time resident of Fairburn died peacefully at the home of her daughter and son in-law, Jennifer and David Bertolini on July 8, 2004.
Mrs. Adams was a member of the former Sylvan Hills Baptist Church, Atlanta. She was a retired Sales Associate of Rich's Department Store in Atlanta.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Johnnie Britt Adams, Sr.
Waymon (Ann) Gunter and Bobby (Shirley) Gunter, and sisters, Lucille Baker, Grace Barnes and Jill (Jack) Nicholson plus numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Adams' brother Jack (Dottie) Gunter preceded her in death in April.
Mrs. Adams spent her life loving and enjoying her family and friends and serving God as a faithful servant. The family wishes to express appreciation for the loving care provided by Countryside Hospice of Newnan, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 10, 2004 at 12 o'clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Rev. John B. Adams, Dr. David Dickerson and Rev. Sam Storey officiating.
