She was the daughter of James H. Johnston and Margaret Hawthorne. She was married to Thomas Lyons on November 11, 1886, in Seaforth,Huron, Ontario, Canada; 2nd to Pierre James Largen on September 19, 1892 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; and 3rd to Septimus S. Evans in 1924 in Denver Colorado. She had one son, Andrew W. James Lyons b. October 22, 1886 in Seattle, Wa.
Her father and her husband Pierre James Largen are on the same stone as she is.
