Edward Northrup Brotton, 66, died August 27, 1969 in Mast Hospital. Mr. Brotton, who lived in Oregon for the past 48 years, was a resident of Powers, Ore. He was born April 19, 1903 in North Dakota.
He is survived by a son, Austin Brotton, Powers, Ore.; daughters, Betty Shorb, Powers, Ore., and Lois Barkdoll, Gaylord, Ore., sisters, Fern Wooden, Bandon, Ore., Florence Brubaker and Edna McKay, both of Canada.
Kenneth Stevens of the Powers Church of God was in charge of funeral services at the Myrtle Point Chapel Aug. 30, at 10:00 a.m. Interment services followed at Norway cemetery.
