Son of Horace Warner and Laura Cooper, husband of Dolly Jane Warner and father of 13 Children:Sharlie Adelbert; Annie Laura; Sarah Anne; George Benjamin;Harriet Sophia(but known as Hattie S);Horace Dennison; Mary Eliza(Mattie);Robert Edward; Edward Lucius;Laura Belle; Nellie Dorothy;William Frank; Warren Carl.


Lester lived in the village of Dexter, Michigan on the Lucius Cooper Farm and also on the Warner homestead south of Dexter. Later the family moved to Ingham County, living first near Dansville, Michigan and later near Leslie, Michigan then to Onondaga, Michigan. After his wife died in 1891 he maintained his home for a few years and then went to live with his daugher, Hattie S. Acker at Coleman, Michigan.

In 1853 Lester was Township Treasurer and Justice of Peace.
