Bobbie Brown, age 72, of 4915 E. Oakwood Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA, died August 23, 1982, of a heart ailment at Mercy Medical Center, Des Moines, IA. Funeral services at Hamilton Funeral Home with burial in Rising Sun Cemetery, 5 miles east of Des Moines, IA. Memorials to Gideon Bible Society.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jane Erickson Brown; three daughters, Phyllis Brown Howard of Des Moines, Joyce Brown Spencer of Waukee IA, and Barbara Brown Faulkner of Dallas TX; two sons, Gerald of Las Vegas NV, and Ronald of Issaquah, WA; three sisters, Florence Brown Reed, Adel IA, Alta Brown Alexander, Indianola IA, and Bertha Brown of New York City.
