His siblings were: John V., Earl, Ervin,Ruth (Epple), Evan "Buss",Bertha (Dunn), Vernon, Glenn, & Hazel Beals. He married Mina Kavern and they were parents of Patricia (Smith)and Beth (Kennedy)Beals. Cecil and Mina are at rest in Willamette National Cemetery.
