Funeral service for Aaron Todd Shriver will be 11 a.m., Thurs., July 26, at First Baptist Church, Chelsea, with Rev. Doug Peper officiating. Burial will follow at Wofford Cemetery, Catoosa, under the direction of Chelsea Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Chelsea Wed. 1-8 p.m., and family will greet friends 6-8 p.m.

Aaron died Mon., July 23, 2007, at his home in Oklahoma City at the age of 39.

The son of Raymond Dwight and Nellita (Williams) Shriver was born Sept. 30, 1967, in Tulsa. He graduated from Chelsea High School in 1985, and continued his education at NEO A&M and Northeastern State University, Tahlequah. Aaron enjoyed playing tennis and swimming; and loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces.

Aaron is preceded in death by his grandparents: George and Ina Shriver, and Wayne and Lucille Williams.

He is survived by his parents: Dwight and Nellita Shriver of Chelsea; brother, Brett Alan Shriver of Chelsea; sisters: Sheri DeLozier of Claremore, Debbie James and husband, Chris of Chelsea, and Tammy Nyman and husband, Scott of Claremore; nieces: Ashley Nyman Cagle and husband, Chris, Cassie DeLozier, Whitney DeLozier, Katy James, Bailey James, Sydney Nyman, Madison Nyman, and London Shriver; and great-nephew, Bryton Cagle.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Chelsea Public Schools.
