Walter Fritz DANIELL was the second son of James Ulmer DANIELL and Jewel SINGLETARY. Fritz died at his Grandfather DANIELL's home on the farm at Pavo, Georgia at the age of 13. Lee Reed DANIELL relates that Fritz died of pleurisy, and that just before he died, he told those in the room, "Look, look up! The angels."

The Grady County, Georgia Tomb Index lists Walter Fritz Daniel, b. 4 Mar 1923, d. 6 Apr 1936, buried in Pierce Chapel Cemetery. A newer headstone, placed on the old marker proclaims WALTER FRITZ DANIELL. He is the only DANIELL or DANIEL named in the cemetery. Fritz is buried by his maternal grandparents whose graves record: "Wife Lessie SINGLETARY June 3, 1874 Oct 3, 1959" and "Husband Hayes SINGLETARY Oct 22, 1869 Mar 6, 1935"
