At the time of her death, she left three sons, Edward P Fenner, Timothy J Harrington, both of Worcester, and John F Harrington of Shrewsbury; plus two daughters, Kathleen J Harrington (Waters) and Linda A Waller. Claire was pre-deceased by a six month old son, Robert James, who was named after her brother Bobby. She also left eight siblings and twelve grandchildren, and many friends who she played bingo with. She is remembered by her daughter Kathy, for being a "peach of a woman".
