Justin was born August 19, 1983 in Lincoln, NE. He was born with Cystic Fibrosis. He was diagnosed with this disease at the age of 5 weeks old. His 25 years on earth were filled with much pain, as he fought a long and couragous battle against the disease. He died March 3, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV. Justin had many loves in this world, but "mashed pototoes" was the number one high on his priority list.
He loved old cars, especially "hot Camaro's & Mustang's". As a child his nickname was "Peeps" and that name will always be associated with him.
He is survived by his mother April (Carter) Barker, MO; father James Michael Barker, NV, Brother Jason Barker & wife Melanie, & niece Ashleigh all of NV. Grandmothers Betty Carter, NE; Donna Haar, NE., Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many friends.
