The death of Mrs. Agnes McLaughlin of 1312 Kingston Avenue, Ottawa, Widow oh Herbert McLaughlin, occurred at St. Vincent's Hospital, Ottawa, following a lengthy illness.
Born in saint John, she was a daughter of the late patrick and Catherine (Dowd) McGloin. She has been a resident of Ottawa for the past 28 years. Prior to moving to Ottawa, she had been a resident of Saint John where she was a member of St. Peter's Parish.
Surviving her are two sons, Herbert and Rene both of Ottawa; two daughters, Miss Mary McLaughlin of Ottawa and mrs. H.F. Beinjessner of Richm; one sister, Mrs. Cathleen Lacell of Ottawa and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at St. Augustine Church, Ottawa. Wednesday. The body is resting.
