Charles H. Butts was the son of Charles W Butts and Florence Gordon When he died he was living on Butlers Chapel Road, Martinsburg with his parents. His death certificate says he died from accidental poisoning from drinking "Wood Alchohol" Alcohol that was mixed with Radiator Fluid.
