Ethel C. Becker, 74, of 1056 Third Ave. SE, a resident of Cedar Rapids since 1956, died Saturday afternoon in Crestview Acres Nursing Home, Marion.
She was born August 23, 1912, near Littleport. Mrs. Becker was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids.
Surviving are two sons, Howard Burgess Jr. of Sioux Falls, S.D. and Ronald Hough of Cedar Rapids; two grandsons and a great-granddaughter.
Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Murdoch Chapel in Marion by the Rev. Roland Hihschke of Trinity Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids. Burial: 12 p.m. at Communia Cemetery, near Littleport. Friends may call at the chapel after 6 p.m. Monday.
